Set Up:

We own these websites, which you rent from us, just like you would rent advertising space in the Yellow Pages.  However, instead of getting just a small section of advertising space you will get a full website to yourself.  No need for you to know anything about domain registers or technical know-how on buying a website name.

We host the website for you.  This is all set up behind the scenes again so that no work is required on your part.  No need to know about domain name servers, redirects or "techie stuff".

We also take a bi-monthly backups of the website.  Many people will have websites made, and let them be.  There can be problems with servers and your files may be irrecoverable, or worse hackers might get in.  This has never happened to any of our sites, although we feel it’s better to be safe than sorry.  Again, no work required from you.

Keyword Research.  There is no point in having a website if no one is going to find it in the search engines.  The only way people would know about it is if you told them the name, or it was written on your business card.  We take care of all your keyword research and optimize each page of the website so it is maximized to its full potential  for  the Search Engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Note – In purchasing our website rental program, we give you full permission to use the website name in any future business cards, leaflets or fliers you make, which in turn gives you more credibility to people you hand them to.

Adding pictures and videos to the website.  This gives a feel of personalization which your customers will appreciate which in turn builds customer relations.

 

Due to the nature of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), we lease our sites in 6 month increments.  This is because it takes the Search Engines time  (up to a couple of weeks) to recognize changes to any website.  Any changes made are reflected in a movement in the SERP's (Search Engine Ranking Pages).  Although we cannot guarantee the website will move in a positive direction (as the Search Engines algorithiums are closely guarded secrets), from past experience we are extremely confident that with our promotion strategies all sites will come back stronger than before.

A separate page can be created that can have your latest thoughts or findings.  These pages will be updated on a weekly basis.  Just send us your information and we'll get it on the website for you.

Details Required:

Homepage: A 400 – 500 word document describing your business incorporating main keywords (which we will help you with) describing your business.

About Us: A brief description up 500 words describing your background.

Contact Us: Your works contact details including address, telephone number, fax number (if applicable), cell number (if applicable) and opening hours.  This will also include as many email addresses of your choice.  I.E. yourname@burnabychiropractors.ca

Desirable:

Meet The Team: A page describing your employees.  Pictures are optional, but give a more personal feel to visitors.

Reviews / Testimonials: Past reviews from people you have worked with.

Anything other relevant information you may want to include in the website.  This may include up to 10 pages of your choice.
Note: Adding blogposts/newsletters/latest findings on a weekly basis does not count towards these 10 pages.
